ACLAS Halloween Party

Becca and Allison suggested that we all get together this week to celebrate Halloween in the traditional US fashion, so most of us met up at ACLAS last night to farrear! Laura and Anyel and I made two delicious pumpkin pies (can't believe we found pumpkin here), and others brought candied applies, cookies, more cookies, and more cookies. We watched Monster Squad on the projector screen and had some good laughs at what we used to think was scary. Precious. I haven't been a huge fan of Halloween for a long time, but it was great to have everybody get excited about planning something and following through with it. And since we're missing Thanksgiving, it was great to have pumpkin pie!
